Safety first, always

We take the adventure seriously — and the risk even more so.

Every itinerary is stress-tested against weather, altitude, and evacuation routes before it ever gets listed. Here's what's non-negotiable on every single trip.

  • Adventure insurance included on every booking (cover up to ₹1L)
  • Satellite communicators on all treks above 3,500m
  • Pulse oximeters and supplementary oxygen on every high-altitude camp
  • Wilderness first-aid certified guides (WAFA equivalent)
  • Small group size capped at 14 — always
  • ISO 9001 audited operations, annually renewed

Safety protocols

Pre-trip medical screening

All participants complete a health declaration. Our guides are trained to flag concerns before the first step.

Satellite communication

Every trek above 3,500m carries a satellite communicator with two-way messaging and SOS capability.

Supplemental oxygen

High-altitude camps carry supplementary oxygen and pulse oximeters. Guides monitor blood oxygen daily above 4,000m.

Evacuation protocol

Every trip brief includes a documented evacuation route. Helicopter evacuation is coordinated within 4 hours in most Himalayan zones.

Weather monitoring

We subscribe to professional mountain weather services and hold-or-go decisions are made 48 hours before each departure.

Group size cap

Groups are capped at 14 travellers. Smaller groups move faster, enable closer guide supervision, and reduce environmental impact.
