1. Acceptance of terms

By using KunzumLA, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Bookings & payments

A booking is confirmed once full payment is received at checkout, including GST, selected add-ons, and platform fee (if applicable).

3. Cancellations

Our cancellation policy applies as described at kunzumla.com/policy/cancellation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you meet the fitness requirements for your chosen trip, hold valid government-issued ID, and have appropriate travel insurance for flights and personal belongings.

5. Health & safety

You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your safety or the safety of others on the trip. KunzumLA reserves the right to refuse participation if a guide deems a participant unfit.

6. Force majeure

KunzumLA is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control. We will offer a full credit or reschedule in such cases.

7. Liability limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KunzumLA's liability is limited to the value of your booking. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
