1. What we collect
We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, emergency contact details, and payment information when you create an account or make a booking. We also collect usage data (pages visited, search queries) to improve the product.
2. How we use it
Your personal data is used to process bookings, communicate trip updates, personalise recommendations, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Sharing with guides and partners
We share your name, phone number, and emergency contact with your assigned guide 7 days before your trip departure. No financial information is shared.
4. Payments
All payment processing is handled by Razorpay. KunzumLA does not store full card numbers. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment data.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and preference storage, and optional analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand usage. You can manage cookie preferences at any time.
6. Data retention
Account data is retained for 3 years after your last booking. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@kunzumla.com.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@kunzumla.com for any data requests. We respond within 30 days.
