Processing fee
A 2% payment processing fee is non-refundable regardless of when you cancel. This covers our payment gateway costs.
Trip transfer
Can't make it but don't want to lose your spot? You can transfer your booking to another person at no charge up to 7 days before departure.
Date deferral
You may defer your booking to a future batch of the same trip once, free of charge, provided you notify us at least 14 days before departure.
KunzumLA cancels
If we cancel a trip due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund including the processing fee, or a credit with 10% bonus value.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
